NOT A MILLION MILES AWAY

White Shed | Mixed Media

Secret hideaways, sinister marsh tales, seaside histories and carved books, are some of the intriguing things you will find in this exhibition. The artworks have been produced by groups in outlying villages and towns who have taken part in workshops funded by Shepway District Council and delivered by White Shed.

Earlier in the year White Shed put out a call for art and craft groups to produce new work to be displayed during the Folkestone Fringe, which would run for the duration of the Folkestone Triennial.  The aim of the workshops was to showcase some of the excellent creative talent in the outlying area of the Shepway District.

A map of the 'tour', Not a Million Miles Away, showing the venues and their opening times is available from Information Centres and many other venues in Folkestone.
