june 08 sees the launch of the first folkestone triennial, tales of time and space, a summer-long event that is billed as one of the UK's most ambitious public art projects. the folkestone fringe is an independent arts festival that extends the themes and boundaries of this unique arts experience.

whether you are a visual artist, a performer, an architect, a writer, a live-art practitoner, an individual or a group, you can use this call for submission to get involved with the folkestone fringe 08.

this is an ongoing opportunity for artists who want to exhibit and perform during the triennial. there are no categories, themes or remits. use the DIY fringe page to express your interest, and this website to publicise your contribution.
