Admire Ncube's work is based on found objects or materials, the work helped us understand what is surrounding us —the surplus of stuff, the abundance of what we gather and throw away — and how objects can be renegotiated into new forms. He is interested in examining materials with the notion of option, materials that carry a social fabric of the current date and time we live in, not just what is found in art history, exploring the overlap between race, art, and science.
