See Amy's work and join her as she paints by the sea, and explores how art can be therapy.

Amy will be showcasing a selection of her artworks, alongside live painting sessions throughout the day. With a potential interactive element for visitors to take part in,and merchandise give-aways.
"Doing art has been massively therapeutic for me and I’d love others to know it does help too. It can be done anywhere, anytime and it’s so good to let yourself go and express yourself. Plus my motto is No Art Is Wrong!"
