This artwork transforms the Rolodex—once used for business contacts—into a large-scale living archive of creative practice. Each card holds an individual’s work, you can only view one card at a time, and scrolling through becomes a physical and noisy act—reminding us that discovery takes time and attention.
You are invited to make your own card, add it to the wheel, and spin to discover creative gems—people you can collaborate with, services you can commission, or skills you can barter—one turn at a time.
Practical as well as symbolic, it gathers information in one place and offers an analogue way of finding someone and physically touching their work. The piece touches on competition for visibility, yet shows how small, individual practices accumulate into a larger shared landscape of creativity.
