What Does Care Feel Like?
Can you take 10 minutes out of your day to care for yourself?
Artist researcher Sarah Lloyd invites you to come and play with clay as a mindful activity and a way to express what care means to you. She will in return, create a piece to hold your work and connect it to other people's expressions of care. This collective artwork will grow and change throughout the residency, being displayed in the window for all to see and ponder.
This residency explores themes around care through a series of haptic, mindful encounters. It begins on Friday, 10 October, to coincide with the end of National Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day.
This invitation is open to everyone, no artistic experience necessary!
