Deborah Crofts, predominantly uses inks, watercolours, mixed media and printmaking. Having completed a Fine Art degree at the University of East London, she practiced art at the Bow Arts Trust, London for 9 years until relocating to Folkestone in 2006; where she now works as an artist and workshop facilitator.
She takes inspiration from the natural world and approaches creativity as on-going experimentation, with acts of 'spontaneous painting' and holding onto fleeting moments. Exhibition venues include: kollectiv; Pie Factory; Devon’s House, Candid Arts Trust, and the Nunnery Gallery.
