Longshore Drift is a long form promenade that features performances on the beaches between Hythe to Folkestone. Local performers, singers, swimmers, dancers and musicians have been working together to develop their understanding of local geomorphology and the processes of natural erosion, prevailing wind patterns and tidal influences. The result is an emotive and thrilling series of beach performances along the coast in an imaginative envisioning of the Longshore Drift.
