Beautiful images, books filled with lyricism: can you too be inspired to write something of what the circling North Downs Way means to you?

Look at beautiful photographic images of the Downs alongside two books, Ring of Downs - where the eastern part of the North Downs Way seems to map a kind of mandala - and Flights of Nature.
Write down anything you may know about the North Downs, such as facts about its geology, experiences you may have had as a walker on them. Then write something more descriptive, perhaps about what you feel when you're on the Downs. Think about your place within them and even compare them to other landscapes that you love. Keep these expressions as prose or turn them into poetry.
